Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TariffLock website and the ResQ Report service ("Service") operated by mQore Logic ("TariffLock," "we," or "us"). By accessing the Service, purchasing a report, or using the estimator, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TariffLock provides landed-cost estimates ("ResQ Reports" — Rapid Estimate of Shipment Quotes) for imported goods sold on marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Walmart. We compute base duty, Section 301 China tariffs, S301 forced-labor tiers per CSMS 69326983, MPF, and HMF using publicly published HTSUS 2025 rates and the product information you submit.

TariffLock is a planning and pricing tool. We are not a licensed customs broker and do not file entries, pay duties, or clear customs on your behalf. Our reports are estimates based on publicly available tariff schedules and the information you supply. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a licensed customs broker. You must verify HS codes and final duty calculations with a licensed broker before import.

The Service is publicly accessible and does not require a login to browse or estimate. To receive reports you provide an email address at checkout; that email is used to retrieve your reports on the "Find My ResQ Reports" page. Administrative access is invite-only and restricted to authorized personnel.

ResQ Reports are sold as one-time packages — Single ResQ, Ten Pack, and Bulk 25 — at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; TariffLock does not store your full card details. Checkout runs on a live, published domain; it is not available inside the Base44 preview iframe.

Standard reports are delivered instantly upon a completed payment via the ResQ Turbo Engine — your ResQ PDF downloads automatically right after checkout. Delivery time may vary slightly with the completeness of the product details you submit and whether a product requires AI-assisted HS classification. Report download links expire 72 hours after delivery.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Provide accurate product, cost, and origin information.
• Do not misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not reverse-engineer or republish our rate engine or report format.
• Do not resell Report output as your own customs brokerage or filing service.

The TariffLock name, logo, and report format are the property of mQore Logic. Tariff rate data is derived from public U.S. government sources (HTSUS, USTR, CBP) and remains subject to those sources' terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. U.S. tariff rates change frequently; reports reflect the rates published as of your order date, and we make no guarantee that any estimate equals the final duty assessed by Customs and Border Protection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mQore Logic's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report that gave rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mQore Logic from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or from decisions made in reliance on a ResQ Report without verification by a licensed customs broker.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
