Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Overview
mQore Logic ("TariffLock," "we") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect when you use TariffLock and our ResQ Report service, how we use it, and the choices you have. This Policy applies to the TariffLock website and service.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact & order data: the email address you use at checkout, your name, and the order details you submit.
- Product data: product names, costs, shipping costs, and country of origin that you enter for your landed-cost reports.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed and events, collected without cross-site tracking.
3. How We Use Information
- To deliver your ResQ Reports and make them retrievable by your checkout email.
- To process payments and order records (including logging to internal spreadsheets for order fulfillment).
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve the Service and prevent abuse.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy and security terms. TariffLock receives a transaction confirmation and, where applicable, billing metadata, but does not store your full card details.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use minimal first-party cookies and basic analytics to understand site usage. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers that follow you across other sites.
6. Data Retention
We retain order and report data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to comply with legal or tax recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your order data where applicable; note that removing your email will prevent report retrieval.
7. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers that help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google Sheets for internal order logging), and (b) authorities where required by law. Internal order logs may include order metadata and payment status for fulfillment purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@tarifflock.com.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
TariffLock is intended for business sellers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. International Users
TariffLock is a U.S.-focused service. If you access it from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time; we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
